I am wondering is there a place on the internet to look up square footage of a business?

tried that only comes up with all attractions I live in tourist town. the reason i am trying to find is i need to find out how much sq. ft. this marina is. I am not experienced enough with measuring and they have no idea. They have just built another building too. I have all information on how many offices, bathrooms, conference room, etc...

Also when using measuring wheel it is important to note that wheel does not start on edge. There are different sizes of wheels and it should say on device how much to add on. The one I use says add 2 inches onto reading of measurement.I usually round the inches off to the closest foot or half foot to make figuring simple. Then on bids I put Approximate Square Foot. You can also take length X width X height to get cubic square feet of a room.

Your/their county hall of records/recorders office..... not online as far as I know. Reno had computer lookup. Looked up my own house for property lines and found out EVERYTHING.... contractors & subs, builder, you name it!

lengthXwidthXheight formula is also good for wall cleaning bids.

L*W*H=Volume
Wall cleaning should be If you have 4 Walls, then you gotta take square footage(lenght * width) from each of the walls and add them together. You will not get it from your formula l*w*h. that formula calculates the capacity or how much space a object occupies.

Lenght x width x high gives you the cubic square feet of a space. I never use this to get wall footage. For wall cleaning you only need width of the wall times the higth of the wall. To get cubic square feet of the room , length of the room times the width of the room times the highth of the room. This measurment can be used for things such as fogging a room or deodorizing a room.

what I would recommend is going to google and typing in "county auditor" and the county such as Clark, Champaign, whatever... and hit search. That should bring you to a list of sites that have your counties Audit information on it. There are a lot of counties out there that still don't have a site... but they will eventually.
