I need someones help! Need to find out what is the best chemicals to use in a commercial final clean up. Floors, bathroom tile walls, baseboards and what ever else. Please let me know.

Where can I get estimated rates for commercial cleaning? Is it better to bill by square feet or hourly? What are reasonable rates for carpet cleaning, window cleaning and separates supplies? I live in New Jersey.Thank you. David
