I did a walkthru of 3 buildings for a local bank.
1 building is the main office, 1 is a loan/accounting dept,the 3rd is an office/stcokroom/president of banks office
just wanting some thoughts on what to bid. There checklist is extensive. I'm guessing around 8 hours of labor,but i'm new at commercial cleaning. i only clean one other commercial account and its a real estate office.
there wanting a weekly cleaning on all 3 buildings. There's a checklist that they gave me below.
The 1st building was,2808 sqft Its mostly open space with 10 cubicles (carpet)
Kitchen/break room
Mens and womens restroom (linoleum flooring)
storage room(carpet)
2 other offices in the back (carpet)
All carpet throuout except bathrooms which are linoleum
4 windows(approx.4 x 6)cleaned as needed
Drinking fountain cleaned weekly(white with calcium buildup)
2nd building 3762 sqft
entrance is brick looking stuff that needs mopped
main lobby and 4 teller stations(approx.1000sqft)
3 offices upstairs,and 1 office with 2 cubicles downstairs.All carpeted
Kitchen/ break area all carpeted
Hallway is VCT and 2 bathrooms are VCT
Basement area and stairs is all carpet
There was a total of 12 windows.
They want all windows and door glass done as needed and Teller's windows done weekly.
Drinking fountain cleaned weekly (its white with calcium buildup)
Board room is all carpet
3rd is 1808 (2 story home that is used as offices)
all carpeted including 1 flight of stairs to upstairs storage room
has 1 bathroom and 6 offices
1 storage room
kitchen/breakroom
10 windows 3x3
All buildings are walking distance from one another. very close together. Even closer than i had 1st thought.
here's what the list says that they gave me .
Weekly-
Sweep and dust all areas
Floors mopped weekly (waxed as needed)
Sinks and faucets cleaned
Cleaning of toilets
trash emptied
clean drinking fountains
clean windows on all doors
Clean fingerprints on all doors
Clean drive thru teller window
As needed basis-
Lime away on sinks faucets, and fountains as needed
Windows cleaned as needed-weather permitting
Stock hand towels,toilet paper,and soap as needed
Wax floors as needed ( all flooring is VCT and Linoleum)
Shampoo carpets as needed( I don't do this and i told them i don't clean carpets)
Change lightbulbs as needed( anyone else have to do this?)
Blinds dusted as needed
Mostly all the buildings are carpeted. very little mopping except for entry way in main building which looks like brick ,small hallway in main building which is VCT, and all bathrooms which are either linoleum or VCT.
