Hello. I have a couple of questions. WHat would be the estimate of cleaning the Park. 1.- The measurement is 356,470 sq ft. 2.- How many hours are needed and cleaning crew (people) 3.- Sice is a day of the weekend are over time hrs paided additional or time and o half 4.- After the festival is over (ex. cans, fliers, food) should all garbage be pick up. 5.- Should the bill be base on sq ft or hours man 6.- Would we charge additional for taken the garbage container to another place. Thank you.

David: I have no experience in this area, this is probably more a grounds maintenance, landscaping question. However, I would suggest that you need to figure out the man hours it is going to take you given the crew size that you have. I would suggest that if it is over 300K sq. ft. that you have at least a couple of crews. I don't imagine that landscaping work is quoted or priced per sq. ft. , I imagine that it is priced per job. I can'g give you any production estimates but can guarantee that they will want garbage picked up. Whether , you have to truck it away and pay the tipping fees for disposal , depends on the arrangement that you negotiate. If you are required to remove the garbage, then of course this is an additional charge. I don't know how it works in your area, but here there is a basic tipping charge and then a charge based on the weight of garbage you want to dump. This can be learned by contacting you local landfill site. This may help some
