Need some input on this one. I am going to be giving an estimate on cleaning 62 sets of cabinets in small condo kitchens. The wood has years of build up on them. You know the blackish oily film that builds up over time. Each of them are to be cleaned and all hardware is to be replaced with new hardware. Need some ideas for best way to remove this film and leave the Oak Wood looking great. Also if any of you have done this type of work , what would be an average price? Is it by foot; by hour; by job. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have used a Eco Lab, Proforce Degreaser, diluted it into a mild formula. Wipe down after with plain water, and let dry. If the build up does not come off in the first round I go back over the trouble spots.
If the build up is black and really bad. ..I charge as much as $5.00 per cabinet and also clean the inside.$ 2.50 for just the outside.
