What would consider a small office, a medium office and a large office?
Is it purely square footage? Does it depend on density?

Stephan: I consider it a combination of a number of factors. For the most part, people will consider only square footage when discussing the size of a job, however I consider density and as a matter of fact , the people in the establishment and what their jobs are to be major criteria. You may have a 15,000 sq. ft office , say taking up one floor in a commercial building. However, if this sq. footage is made up of say 2 or 3 presentation rooms , wide open office space, desks that are kept very clear, it may in fact take you less time to clean than an office half the size with the same number of people who are messy. Which is the "larger" job. Personal opinion , I consider the smaller office with the same number of people who are messy to be " more of a challenge". "Politically correct description, plain language, smaller office is the bigger pain in the butt.
