Currently we have five commercial accounts. Each of those accounts, were given with a walk through, a verbal price quote and a hand shake. My question ? Whats included in your bid packet? I would assume a cover letter, job specs, bonding and insurance info. Anything else? Do you put it all in a nice binder? Just curious, gearing up for those big commercial accounts. Thanks, Rusty
