Sorry, Everyone has been very busy. I normally just do the post construction clean up . This is not the main focus of our business. If I where called back , We estimate the time and cost and charge by the hour. Linda (2sistersjtl) has some nice forms she posted on this in the members section. You will find that some members like bidding by the sq. ft. while others like bidding by the hour. Both ways can work. You just need to figure out which one works best for you. I would think though that there would be a difference in the sq. ft. price on the second trip. Perhaps another member with more experience on that can make some suggestions here.

Hey there I have mine set up to charge by the sq. ft. Post - .20 sq. ft. Final - .15 sq. ft. Re-clean - .10 sq. ft. Some do charge by the hour, but most want to know how long it will take to do the job and I am not good enough at putting a good time frame yet. I hope this helps Linda

I already did the re-clean of this home. It took 5 hours. I just wanted to get my invoice sent in but wasn't sure if hourly would be better than sqft. I went by hourly because you never know what shape the house is gonna be in after they finish with there punchout. You could really lose your a$$ by doing sqft on a reclean. I had to reclean/scrape inside windows in the living room because they was slopped with poly all over them. Some of the walls had been sanded and painted since i last cleaned. So woodwork needed wiped down. It was like doing a Final clean all over again minus the sticker's on the windows.
