I have a outside construction clean up to go and bid. They put up siding and redid a roof, I am going to walk the site in a couple of hours. They have removed the roof shingles they removed, so it will just be picking up scraps and things that fell. I have no clue if they have a dumpster or not. I just need some kind of an idea how to charge for this. I have a feeling it should be by the hour. Then add the price of the dumpster if needed. What is a fair price hourly? 15- 20 an hour? Thanks in advance!

Depending on how you want to break it down 15-20 sounds fair, you might break it into 2 pay levels a price for a supervisor being you and a price for your helpers. Hope this helped
