It sounds alright but you need to work on it. Tell them more about yourself tell them why they need, want, and must have your service. Tell them to CALL YOU NOW!!! Be personal use the words you, your, alot so it screams out im talking to you instead of their company. put your contact info in bold or color that gets thier finger moving to that phone. and that makes them think.

Oh yah take that 24hr bit out Ive been doing this for along time and use to do that sometimes you cant and that makes you a lier bad phrase. You got subs your working around through out the cleaning and if you promise and dont deliever they wont call you back.
