I keep them in trucks binded in a folder. This is Osha Regulations and happens to be that I got Checked Once at the Same time Osha is inspecting the building and I was making an estimate. Just make an Accounting of all Chemicals you use and bind them in a Folder even though you dont have the exact chemicals in the truck. Folders just put the under your Seat or a safe place in your truck. The Osha Seminars are Free seminars for Businesses so everybody might want to check out their area for Osha Seminars. Its good for your Employees. www.osha.gov .

We also keep them in our closets in a binder. And in our van's as well. We just recently switched most of our chemicals that we use so I am in the process of changing out the sheets that need updating. Not long ago we were checked when OSHA was doing a check on the clinic we clean. They noted a very small nick in the vacuum cord and we had to replace it but other then that we did good.

Did you know that you are required to keep sheets on file of previously used chemicals for 30 years?
