How many times have you started to leave a commercial or even residential job with an alarm system and the system fails and wont set. We developed a system for managers and cleaners. In the old days when we did a commercial and the alarm didnt set or something was wrong, If the business was close to opening we would just wait around, or just leave.
Now in all of our greeting packages for new accounts we get in depth profiles of after hour contacts, and emergency contacts to call and inform them of the problem, we use this form which we have also combined into a checklist for staff. How do you deal with those testy alarm systems?

11-Wipe down base of haircutting chairs_____________
12-Wipe out sinks and shelving around sinks (move all shampoos and conditioners then put back) _________________
13-Wipe down break area_________________
14-Dust all decorations___________________
15-Vacumm all tile areas and floor mat (move furniture as needed) ______________
16-Roll up floor mat_________________________
17-Remove garbage to designated spot________________
18-Re-line garbage cans (Bags under break area in lower cupboard)
19-Clean all outdoor glass ________________ clean indoor glass monthly
20-Spot clean front door glass area_________________
21-Mop floors with vinegar and hot water
22-Place furniture and mats back to designated area______________
