Its really, really hot here today in the thumb state! 105 Degrees Stay cool, and drink lots of fluids! My secret tip Get a gallon of water, or wash out a milk jug real good. Fill it with water and place it in the freezer. When you leave in the morning take the frozen jug with you, melts all day long and stays cold. When you come back fill it up and place back in freezer. If you suspect heatstroke:
* Move the person out of the sun and into a shady or air-conditioned space. * Dial 911 or call for emergency medical assistance. * Cool the person by covering him or her with damp sheets or by spraying with cool water. Direct air onto the person with a fan or newspaper.Information On Heat Strokewww.mayoclinic.com/health/first-aid-heatstroke/FA00019
