Hello, our company does a lot of move-outs and this is what we do. We send in two cleaners $50. per hour. FOr a three bedroom home, we start our quotes at $200.00 and go as high as $300.00. If the windows are really bad, we quote that as an extra flat rate (figure out how long it will take and charge ($40-$60 per hour it will take) to do windows, ledges
If she wants an ongoing, then I figure out out the cost of that on a monthly basis and give her a flat rate. 2 cleans - $150 per month. Only do the hours the client is willing to pay for and make sure that the client understands that there may not be time to do everything so, the cleaners will do the basics (kitchen, bath, floors, some dusting) and every other visit, something that was'nt done will be picked up on a rotating schedule.

I agree. I start my move in/out cleanings at 200.00 and go up. These cleanings take a minimum of two people and an average of 4 to 5 hours cleaning.

Sounds like a job no less than $250 . What you need to decide is what do you want to make an hour and how many hours will you be in the house. I myself don't do windows.
Good luck and let us know how everything goes.

Yup.... we did a 2BR, 1BA move-out that didn't include carpet clean or oven and there was no fridge at the time (john ended up getting $35.00 to move one in from another of the owners rentals and only cleaned outside) snd we charged $200.00. I'd say at least $300.00 for yours.
