I just started a house cleaning business and want to exspand to new construction cleaning. I live in Seattle area and I'm given different prices to charge customers. I have been given anywhere from .22 cents per square foot to .56 cents per square foot. some say windows included and others say anywhere from $5-$50 per window. So I am really confused about what to charge. Also I am told to send a bid form. I have no idea how to make a bid form. I have been handing my information out there to everyone as if I know what I am doing. So when these houses are ready for a cleaner to come in I need to be ready. Can you help me on how to price and bid? Thankyou, Tresa

Hey, Tresa I don't know what rate you can charge in your area, but in mine I charge .13 to .20 cent per sq ft and I include interior windows . The 13 is for standard house and windows, the 20 is for larger house with lots more windows or floor to ceiling windows. All exterior windows are 5.00 each for standard size and 7.00 each for larger. I would call some of the cleaning companies in your area and pretend you are going to have a home built and ask them what they charge per sq ft and windows. LOL Carl
