Does anyone else do Eviction Cleaning Heres a couple pictures for examples of a pretty bad one we accomplished. We charged $750.00 then sold the owner on new carpet, repairs and painting for another $1750.00 We made 1900.00 on the job- One days work. Eviction Cleaning is hard and gross work if you start doing it , you have to be organized and have a general knowledge of home repairs. img300.echo.cx/img300/8120/irene0141gp.jpgimg292.echo.cx/img292/4478/irene0152bb.jpg

Wow, pretty messy...but what saddens me is that I can imagine that the poor people (or person) who lost their place to live was struggling and trying to find a job. I saw in the first picture there was a paper that looked like the classifieds section-with a couple job ads circled in pink or red. Josie and Chris

I clean Repo/rehab homes. I work with a couple real estate agents when they get repo's, they call me to do a walkthrough and give estimates. I've done a couple Apt. move-outs in the past, but not many. I have seen some doozy's though. Actually if RJ still has my photo's that he posted for me on another website, i would like to share them. I didn't clean the home that's in the pictures, but i took pictures as i was doing the walkthrough just because it was so unbelievable. Another cleaning service got the job. It took them over a month to clean. They told me they found 5 gallon buckets on human feces and urine throughout the home, and a dead dog in a cage.
Other than homes like that,I love cleaning repo's. I clean solo and will only take on what i can handle. If i don't feel i can handle it by myself,or with a helper, i won't bid on it. And the home that i took pictures of, i didn't bid on. It should have been burned to the ground in my opinion. It was so bad!
RJ, can you still post those pic's for me? Please.
