I am so confused in my area on pricing per sq. ft. with construction cleans. Need to find out ASAP have opporunity for New Condos in my area. Don't know much sq. ft. yet. I just need to know for example how much: for 900 sq. ft., 1200, 1500, or 2000 Is it the more sq. ft. the lower the per sq. ft.? and higher per sq. ft. for less? I played with some numbers earlier and i don't want to make less than what i make on regular cleans i know that is not right. Wondering if i could just have a base price for certain amount of sq. ft. and go up the higher amount? Tina

That sounds very low. That is making less than for regular cleans though.

I agree. .09 sq ft sounds really low. Our rates are .18 sq ft and I spoke to someone the other day that charges even more. At .09 sq.ft. you would only be getting 270.00 for a 3000 sq ft home. We charge almost that much for a move in clean. Patti

Our .09 cents is for just the construction cleaning which includes (absolutely no debris removal, or wall washing) Pre-Move in cleaning, construction includes all inside and outside of cabinets, appliances, vacumm, mop, general cleaning of all flat surfaces, sticker removal from windows and inside and outside window washing. If there are construction debris, (if were working directly for for the building contractor upon completion ) .16 cents a sq.ft. or roughly $500.00 on a 3000 sq.ft home, multiple discounts for multiple homes.
