I had someone contact me yesterday saying he wanted a move in type cleaning. He lives in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that he shares with 2 other roommates. He said they are signing a new lease and although they aren't really moving he wants the apartment to look new. He wants a thorough cleaning plus windows and oven cleaned. I quoted 250.00 for all. He thought it was too much. Some people don't realize what it takes to run a business.
We have to make a profit or we can't stay in buiness.

I agree 100% Ill tell my customers this is the chemical charge this is the labor, and this is our profit. If it doesnt make money, it doesnt make sense.

we always include materials and chemicals w/ the job quote. oh... and page..... 250 is certainly NOT over priced for that scope of work!
