Oh I thought you were talking complete sand, stain and poly, older floors.. I have done a couple we used to do complete wood floor restoration it was $5.00 a sq.ft? Slowly getting back into it, very time and labor consuming. We have sanitaire hawks that have the optional sanding attachments. In regards to woodfloors cleaning and waxing same price as our strip and wax .25 cents a sq.ft.

We are Cleaning and Restoration so thats what we do Clean and Restore. But we do not Repair. We sub it to other Floor Installers and get commis or Future job Exchanges. We have Contracts with Gyms and Schools in our area for Hardwood RE-SCREENING. You might want to Consider doing this instead. More Profitable and less time consuming.

Good to know Jude, thanx! We have a contract client with 6 large rooms of hardwood laminate that are scuffed and scratched up. Perhaps we should make them an offer. Worth doing the research on prices I think!

Natalie you can take a look at Rx products at jondon.com for hardwood floors and it tells you the 123 steps needed. But this is only for re-screening.Thats good to research for prices in your area.
