When you personally do residential cleaning what are you averaging per hour, just doing your average household cleaning?

We now average $15 to $20 an hour for residential and $20 to $25 for commercial.

I average between 25.00 to 40.00 per hour on residentials If I do the work myself. I have one account that I make 50.00 per hour on. It just depends on the areas you service, what the going rate is. Also, I charge by the home not by the hour. I have some homes that I charge 80.00 per cleaning and they only take 2 hours to clean. Patti

When I do Residential Myself for Floors Lawyers are Embarrassed. What does that mean exactly? Sounds like code. Perhaps I've had one too many Bud Selects! Natalie

Its Good to Laugh once in a while Natalie. Thats What I like all the time. But some Lawyers make from 75 -300 in range. While if we do some work ourselves in this business we can make more or less than them in an hour. Say you work one Carpet Cleaning which you charge a minimum of 125 for a minimum 3 area of 350 sq ft takes only about 45 minutes including set-up or even less. 3 Rooms of 10x10. judy
