Hi everyone, I just started working on some sales letters. I am interested in sending them to mobile home dealers. A friend of mine use to clean for dealers about 10 years ago and they charged $400.00 per single-wide mobile. This did not include power washing the outside. Would this be a fair price today and would $600.00 per double-wide be a fair price today? Also, what would a fair price for power-washing be today for something like this. I am excited about getting started, but I am very nervous about setting up a meeting . Thanks, Linda

Good question Christy! I imagine it is for trade-ins and repo's at the lot.

Yes, this would be for trade in's and repo's. I was told to add $100.00 if the mobile has been in a fire

Hmmmm, need to rephrase that, lol. If walls need washed down because something caught on fire. The lady that does this said it took her 4 hours to clean the walls after something caught on fire. That is strange though, beings it was a mobile home, how did it not burn down??

Yes, these were repos and trade ins and that was the going rate. She did a couple that had been in a fire, didnt burn down but left alot of smoke on the walls in living room. She charged $100.00 bucks extra for that.
