Deep cleaning a 6000 sq. ft. home

I charged $565 but now working on pricing for weekly, bi-weekly and spliting up rooms done at a time that they may not need done at each visit. Otherwise could end up being a 2 day job if doing whole place.

Finishing it up tomorrow in time too they have company coming in on the 4th. So far i have spent 11 hrs. in there with one other girl helping but she also showed up late one day. And will be late tomorrow too. Hoping to get the downstairs done within 8 hrs. if not sooner because i also have another place to look at tomorrow.
Hope i get this one too would help for winter months.

Just got a email from her and she is very happy with the home cleaniness. She said she hates dirt.

Anyone have ideas on this one for me? I know i need to break it down on what gets cleaned weekly, bi-weekly. If i do weekly should i break it down to 2 days a week don't think can be done in a day?

It took a total of 18 hrs. for deep clean so when figuring should i figure for basic of whole house woul take 9 hrs. split in half? Wondering to how do you figure how much sq. ft. could be done in say hour?

Thinking knowing some of this stuff will help me in getting quotes to her.

Did you get the job for doing it bi-weekly or monthly? If so, what did you charge per cleaning?
