I never did a home this big yet. Anyone have any suggestions on bidding this one?
I am waiting for a reply for more information or to see the place which i prefer.
How long would it take for one person? two people?
Thanks in advance

Kevin,
Yes she was a thorough(deep clean). I am taking it as a one time clean so far. No I have not seen it yet.
Hopefully, Can today, e-mailed her back last night asking details or which i prefer to look at.
Going to give her a call today, have a clean this morning so can late this afternoon. Oh she did mention need it done before company coming in by Oct. 4.
Will post more this evening.
Thanks
Tina

Great, give us the details after you take a look at it, no different than the houses your doing now.. just bigger and more time consuming which equals more money. Good Job Tina

Yes I think that is too high, what would you pay someone to clean your house if it was 6000 sq. ft.

This house on this detail of work is going to take 2-3 days by myself. I might be able to get a girl to help but she is slow and somewhat have to go back and do.
I figure at 25.00hr. by 24 hrs 8 hrs. a day that comes to 600.00 after paying employee i make 17.50 hr.
Maybe 17.50 hr. by 24 420.00 but after paying employee and travel expense i only make 240.00 don't sound right to me but you guys are more experienced at this.

Well, so far it has taken me and another 11 hrs. I figure one more day we should be done. Have a downstairs to do left.
She wants me to give her price quotes for weekly/bi-weekly.
Just thought i would drop a line.
