We did a move in cleaning on a condo the other day. It had not been occupied or cleaned for a year. (It was REAL bad)
The owner had rented it and hired us to clean. He thought he was going to have to replace all the tile and the glass door in the master bath because of all the build up on it. We were able to get everything off and it looked like brand new. He was just amazed. He stated how much money we saved him. I just love those kind of days.
