this is what i have come up with. No one is perfect and things will always be missed. so instead of constantly nagging your employees do what i do. everyone checks each other's work when they are done with each level. Then when the whole house is done the team leader goes thru the "hot spot" check list which lists the things that generally get missed along with the initials of the person who cleaned the room. That way, everyone know their work is going to be check and they will be held accountable. Little things get missed, yes. but with the initials of the worker you can now keep track of what kind of mistakes so you can re-teach, reprimand or whatever needs to be done. All my girls start off each day with a $10.00 bonus. They loose $1.00 for each mistake caught. hey, $10.00 a day is $50.00 a week. Well it works for me and maybe it will work for you! ellen
