I had a woman contact me today wanting help bidding new construction homes. She said she was told where she lives that the going rate was .80 to .90 cents per sq ft. And she was just talking about one cleaning. I have never heard of anyone paying that much. For a 3,000 sq ft home that would be 2,700.00 for one house. I don't know of any builder who would pay that. I wish they did pay that.

No kidding Kevin. I will subcontract some work from her if she can get .90 cents per sq ft per cleaning. I think she is going to be in for a rude awakening.

I would charge hourly rate of $ 24.00 per hour

90 cents per square foot? i'l sub some work from her too and i live in maine!...lol i'll run her company from maine if she can charge that much... she''l be able to make a great living while i run her company from maine...LOL
