By request I created one for commercial, so ill also do a residential. I answer all questions, and ask all questions as the customer.

Welcome to my luxurious 11000 sq. ft home, you will see furnishings from around the world, I am very picky when it comes to cleaning my antique imported furniture the other service I had did not clean the base of my furniture. My floors are imported white Italian marble, likewise is my showers and jet tub all made from the finest Italian marble. My 4 bathrooms are full, all fixtures are 24kt gold and require polishing. You will notice my kitchen is very important to me 1500 sq.ft my two ovens require cleaning on the inside and out , all my appliances are stainless steel. I am very concerned with proper disinfection. My counters as you notice are black granite. Please understand I am home all day long and can not tolerate any noise, there will be no vacuum use in my house. Every other week when you clean I will be attending my spa treatment, and you may use a hand held vacuum on the fabric furnishings to remove the dust and a vacumm on the 15 area rugs. You will see all my souvenirs spread from room to room, I have collected these 650 pieces from all my world vacations , they will all need to be dusted on each visit, along with the 2 chandeliers (200 crystal piece set) Four of the eight bedrooms all have king sized beds, the remaining are queen, the linens will have to be changed on each visit. Oh yes before I forget let me show you my silver dining collection, I would like a quote on having this 125 piece set polished every month.

What price do you charge? Current condition of home is immaculate. Ask any question needed, this is for every week service.

I wouldn't touch that one with a ten foot pool. Too much risk there. Wouldn't be worth it.

AS THE CUSTOMER ...oh thats dissapointing, my friends all used the same service provider, we are search for a new service that can handle about 15 houses of this size weekly...hohum... maybe someone else may give me an estimate.

It wouldn't be the size of the home or how many people she would recommend, but all the valuables, her not being able to tolerate any noise, etc. that would keep me from taking the client. It just wouldn't be worth the aggravation. Also, I have learned to spot potential problem clients when first meeting or talking to them, so I don't take those kind of jobs any longer.
