Retaining residential clients can sometimes be hard, no matter how good you are. What we at Without A Trace try to do is make sure the client knows exactly what you are offering, the cost per visit and leave a tick off sheet with your invoice, offer the same cleaner every visit and same time always. One thing I've noticed is that the clients love communication. As we have a lot of clients who rent out their places, they want to know that we keep on eye out for damage etc for them. We also every 2-3 months give our clients a small gift...it does'nt have to be expensive...$5.oo plant etc...they love that type of thing. Does anybody have any other suggestions how they go about retaining their clients. Daryl
