what is real estate cleaning? does post-construction, move-in/out, and foreclosure fall under the umbrellaof real estate cleaning? how do the prices for these jobs differ?

There is a Variety of Real Estate Program in Cleaning. We do the Maintenance of Floors for some Real Estate here in Maryland. What you mentioned falls on Domestic Services Category of Real Estate Cleaning. Prices vary differently from one Real Estate to Another and one agent to another. You have to keep track of these pricing accordingly. It does not have to match all pricing as long as you dont lose money. how will you not lose Money. That you have to Figure out by yourself.
With Real Estate and Agents you have to very Patient,Understanding and Flexible with everything if you want Real Estate Business.Success in these Areas depends on your Performance,Price,Flexibility and Good Customer Service.
