Hi, Im Sally a Single working mother of 2 .... I need help, I have no time to myself. I just need someone to do a basic cleaning of my house 1800 sq. ft. mostly carpeting 1 1/2 baths, ceramic floors in the bathrooms. wood floors in the kitchen. Im not looking for much just a pretty decent cleaning, maybe a load of wash and if you can put the dishes from the sink to the dsihwasher, and unload the dishwasher that would be a help.. Oh yes can you do the litter box also.
What price do you charge? I will answer all questions as the customer

If I got a call from this lady the first thing I would think is she is basically wanting a lot of work done for as little money as possible. To start with the home would have to have the initial thorough cleaning in order to get it cleaned well from the beggining, which will be an additional cost. As far as laundry, we don't offer laundry services but most companies that do charge per load. I would inform her of our initial cleaning price and then give her an estimate on regular maintenance cleanings. Patti

I'm with Paige.
I truly believe you have to have boundaries for your business. Maid services will do just about anything you want them to do - except clean well.
Cleaning services do not do dishes, laundry or litter boxes.
I would tell this prospect the above and let her decide if shw still wants a quote. I always inform them about the initial deep cleaning that is not optional. If she wants to proceed, I would provide "approximate estimates" and then schedule an in-home estimate for a written quote.
