I'd be interested in knowing what is a good price for 3000 sq. ft. 4 bdrm. 3 1/2 baths, mud room, laundry room, some hardwood floors, rest carpet actually a 3000sq. ft. One time clean at this time and need done by tomorrow. I plan to give her a bid in a little while. Have an idea on price but any suggestions appreciated. Have not seen because of distance a short notice. It is 40 minutes away. Tina

$270.00 Sounds like a good price. Sounds like a customer in desperation to have the house cleaned before Thanksgiving. Nice Job Tina!!,

I have been trying to charge $25.00 per room for an initial clean, but if I do it by the sq. ft. on a monthly basis that would be $270.00 at .09 sq. ft. (found in a post by Kevin I believe :-) ), this is why I added a few more dollars in case they wanted it done monthly afterwards. Hmm, still working on my prices ;-)

Hi all, Ontario here, we just charged 500.00 for initial clean on a 3000 sq. ft. home, however, 4.5 baths and windows in and out included. Mostly hardwood , porcelain and some carpet. Never go sq. ft on residential , we have come across ones with 1 in. of grease on kitchen floor.
Bill (My two cents worth)
