Hi! I am just wondering how many other male residential cleaner's there are. Also what you do, for example I do house and window cleaning. Hope to go on to office and construction over time.

My husband cleans residentials but there is usually a female along too. Either me or an employee.

I know a lot of guys who do it, who are actually doing pretty good.

Thanks for the replies. As I work alone some people seem shocked that I am not just the sales rep. When I show up some customers are a little leary of a "Guy" cleaning there house.

i think people are less likely to get weirded out when a male cleans their house if the male is uniformed and looking like a pro.

Is a uniform of polo shirt with company logo and jeans or slacks good?
