Hi everyone I got another call from a lady who lives in a home about 1000 sq. ft. She wants an initial clean, no extras. 3 bdr. 2 bath. Would you say $125.00 would be a fair price? Maybe a little less than 1000 sq. ft. Thanks, Linda

Also, she is in walking distance from my house :-) no kids, outside cats.
Thanks again, Linda

Sounds a little high, is it monthly? Is she your friend?

Here in Chubbuck, Idaho a house that size for monthly is $100 max and drops to $65-85 for weekly/biweekly cleaning. Maybe $125 for a one time clean. Hope this helps!

We charge 150.00 for initial cleanings no matter what the size. Some houses haven't been dusted in 6 months or more. You wouldn't believe how long it takes to dust everything after it has been that long. You have to dust all the bottoms of furniture, chairs, basically everything in the house. Patti

Ok now she has me a bit confused. She doesnt want me to do her 3 bedrooms yet. Just living room, hallway, kitchen, and bath. She then wants me to keep cleaning on a wkly basis. Bedrooms come in later on after shes finished unpacking. Using them as a storeroom right now. Any suggestions? $50.00 a wk. maybe?? No carpet, all hardwood floors. Just need a washing.
Thanks, Linda

I would charge no less than $60, more if it is high in dust or the floors are in poor shape. Good luck! I have had one cutomer like this and ithe customer ended up adding all types of extra's as I cleaned . Luckily we reached an agreement and we were both happy with! As other's have said here don't under value your time or labor!
