Hiring info. and tax tables

Can anyone help me in this area?

I want to run an ad for hiring next season(seasonal area) will be too busy to do all myself.

Also, wanting to do my own payroll but need a tax table for when printing out checks. Checked the irs site but can't find one

That is where i was looking...think i will contact them tomorrow maybe they can send me all the info. and tax table need to know.
