Help?

I need to bid on this by 2:30 today can anyone help.

This house is new back in May of this year. It is a total of 3200 sq. ft. He wants 6 cleanings and wants to give to his wife(having a baby) for christmas.

These cleans will be up to her of how she wants to schedule them. He just wants a ballpark figure right now.

4 bdrms. 3 full baths. upstairs is 2000 sq. ft., downstairs 1200 sq. ft. just basic cleans.

Located around 40-45 miles from me one way.

Any ideas appreciated

oops has doorway and steps hardwood flooring and rest is carpet.

I would not do anything under $100 and would charge at least $150 for the first cleaning. So for six cleanings including the inital atleast $650 and that is probably a little low! This would include the travel time/distance since it is more than just a one time job.

I agree with John and would throw in an extra 15-20 for gas and time.

i would charge 900.00 for six visits. chemicals, materials and equipment provided by us. transportation is included. sorry so late for my answer.

As far as how long it might take, that just depends on how dirty it is and what she wants done. The first house I did that size was BAD and took me seven hours!
