Ok....ttoday was a rather long day. I went to watch the move out on the 3000 sq ft home. This was a good experience for me since I'm not able to clean. It took 2 people 5 hrs to do. Base boards seem to be the most time consuming thing. I'm thinking no more than 2.5 w/o them. I find myself paying percentages rather than hourly becsuse I don't feel right paying people $40 for the amount of work that had to be done. At the same time, I need to remeber that I'm in this to make money as well.
The same peopple want bi-weekly service. I told them $110 weekly, $120 bi-weekly. Did I mess up?
