the wheelchair makes it hard for me to go on residential estimates as much as I'd like. I explain process to my mom and she does it sometimes. other times i take information over the phone and she'll verify and get the agreement signed. this is how i do it:
10/per room. the only problem is that does't take into the account the sq ft of the home.
Its been suggested to do the .05 .07 .09 thing but that seems kinda pricey.
If I go with the per room deal how can I incorporate sq ft?
Any ideas from the creative minds out there?

You could say we charge minimum $10 room with maximum of 120 square floor feet. For 120 square feet to 200 square feet room we charge minimum $15.00 . For rooms over 200 square ft we charge an extra .10 for each square foot. Just some ideas. Prices are for examples only and not implied as what you should charge. Side effects may cause some stomach discomforts and occasional diaerea. lol
