Help w/ a bid.

1 Bath, 3 Bedroom (1 hardly used), small kitchen, dining, living, all hardwood no carpet, lots of dust and construction dust....A bachelor pad...the guy works for P & G and is moving out of the country...wants a deep clean because his house just went on the market.

I am thinking between $150 and $200 somewhere. It's going to take me 6-7 Hours by myself.

He still needs to get back with me on windows. He has 13 windows and I am thinking about adding $2 per.

Any thoughts?

i would charge 250.00 for two people. everything included. i would charge 5-7 dollars per window, both sides.
this is an average price for this in my area. can you upsell on cleaning the carpets?

I usually charge $150 and up for deep cleans. I will go down a little to maybe $125 for a small home thats in pretty decent shape.
But for the one like you say with lots of dust ,$150 for deep clean and $200-225 including all windows.

But thats me. I'm in a little hick town and people are cheapo's around here!
