rental condo 2bd, 2ba, 1200sq ft. gotta give a ballpark on monday for real estate agent/friend. i told her I'd have to see it before quote. I was thinking of telling her they start at $200. Too much of a starting price for that size?

I'll be bidding her house as well this week. Says she has about 5 neigbors for me to.

What all is she wanting done?
Inside oven ,fridge,walls washed,windows, does it need trashed out, etc...?
I start all my move-outs/deep cleans at $150 and up.
My price depends on the size, condition of property, and duties that need performed in the home.

If i'm not sure about price, i figure out how many man hours it will take to clean ,and i add in extra for tax's,supplies, and any unforseen things that we might run into.
