2 bd, 2ba, 1183sq ft condo.Trash out-light garbage inside. Garage has light lumber (planks), 2 batteries, 4 containers of oil, rear axle w/tires(sub), patio needs pressure washing(sub). Realtor wants wallpaper removed for painting. Rocks in fireplace. I'm lost because I have to clean before toilets, new carpet, and fixtures and door frames are replaced. Then after all renovations are done, I'll have to go back and clean up after the other contractors finish. How should I price it/break it down? How do I work with subs?
