Nice list. I was making a bunch up before I started but it got so annoying checking things off as I cleaned.
I think I might make a new one though and just use it as an informational page for new clients so they know what gets done.
What do you charge for the add-ons?

Thanks I am going to do some reading on woodwork/wall washing. I am not sure if its better by the hour or sq. ft. If I can give some type of flat rate it may not seem so shocking to ppl when they ask my charge lol. I dont think thats a bad price for something like that though. Will hop in and see what others think Linda

I have a steam cleaner. I just use my own. It is a Bissel and I use only Bissel products (pet odor and soil) in it so hopefully I dont ever have any problems. So far I have had no problems. I do want to get the product "urine begone", for those that have pets. My insurance is for residential and commercial so I sure hope it is covered. That is a question I have not asked, but will lol.

I have a question what all do you think about adding to my checklist? How about a percentage, flat rate, finance charge for late fees? I had a problem with a lady trying to say she did not set up a monthly cleanings, and tried to say a lower price i had said when i had it right there on my checklist for her? I believe she had forgotten and ran into money problems forgot to call me.
Hey i just purchased a steam cleaner a bissell and tried it out on my carpet, i have a dog too got her when puppy(older now) she use to potty on floor and none of the stuff out works on the stains but think over time of doing so will. Any other suggestions for if i run into this in peoples homes?
I have also, used vingar/water with alot of scrubbing, dawn dish detergent.

Hi Tina, I will send you a copy of what I have my clients sign. It is a simple form, nothing special at all, but it has the charges, the day of cleaning, and the checklist on the same form. I may add to it to make it look more like a contract, but right now it is working fine for what I have. Linda Copy of checklist/contract I use - Click below Checklist Contract
