Thanks Carla I have not been charging a sales tax so I just did an update on the list. At the bottom I added, "A 7% sales tax will be applied". Now I need to work on a letter to my regular clients letting them know the charge will take affect in 2 weeks then I will follow up with a phone call. This will probably cost me a client or two, but their charge is below my minimum so hopefully it will be ok. Anyone have a letter like this I can use?? Thanks, Linda |

Hey Linda,
I was wondering if your suppose to add sales tax? If so is 7% the average or is that your tax rate? I learn so much from IJCSA!!!
