Training Tools/Classes, ETC.

Has anyone here attended any informational meetings, taken any classes, watched any videos... anything to gain more knowledge in the cleaning service business?

I went to google and looked for residential cleaning seminars and found ISSA.com which offers trade shows, classes on-line and off, etc. They're based out of Illinois.

Any other suggestions as far as learning more goes?

Hi chevygirl57, did you look in the IJCSA Certification Training forum? It looks as though there are some videos you can purchase that may be helpful. I was thinking about getting one myself.

Well, it looks like I need to get my membership first before I can view them. I was able to go in there yesterday, maybe it was open to the public temporarily.

(scratching my head) Well, maybe it wasn't that forum, but I KNOW I saw them on here somewhere...

Ok, I finally found the forum where you can view them. They are located in IJCSA Storefront/ Classifieds forum, and its in the thread entitled IJCSA Janitorial Training Dvd`s.
