Stripping, Waxing, Sealing Ect...

I have worked in commercial cleaning but never had any experience stripping and waxing floors. How is this done? What kind of equipment do you use?

Any suggestions on where I might find some training on this? I'd feel alot better walking into a commercial account if I knew what I was doing with the floors.

We actually do that with our portable extractor at times, to avoid running it back to the closet to fill it.
