Floors at medical clinic

I have been cleaning this medical clinic and i have been seeing the floors in bad shape. I want to ask if i can shine them back up or whatever you call it.

But, i don't know how to do them not experienced in doing so yet. Can anyone walk me through the process? Suggestions on how to charge on them?

7 patient rooms and 4 bathrooms that have these floors.

tcmb04 if i were you i would sub them out. i would practice learning on some other small projects before you do a small heathcare facility. once you learn, it will be another niche your company can do for more cash flow.
