Serendipity works.
My husband was rear-ended on the 29th. In the course of handling the insurance issues...we wandered into our "local" Maaco to get an estimate.
While waiting for the paperwork, I nudged George and told him it looked as if the place needed floors done.
The tile was dull, looked dirty, and had so little wax on it that you could barely tell.
Anyway, George wandered up to a big guy who had that "I'm important" look, and asked him who was doing his floors.....the answer was "I'm between company's right now...." and we were off!
Upshot is, once a week regular cleaning, initial strip/seal/wax, then bi-weekly burnishing. Office carpets will be cleaned, then put on a quarterly schedule, along with a scrub and re-coat of the tile.
He jumped on our bid so fast, I think we may have under bid it, or he really was just desperate to get somebody in.
But we're happy ;D
