How many times has this happened to you. Some reasons why 1-#1 cause is that you did not wait long enough for stripper to penetrate finish. (don't rush it give it 15 minutes) I like to do a coat of stripper over the entire area to be cleaned for starters, wait 15 minutes then using the buddy system, a lead bucket man soaking the area again, ahead of me before I start with the floor machine. 2-Not enough stripper in your solution. You are trying to cut costs, I prefer an extra amount of stripper. 3-You or the person doing the removal with the vacuum is not taking their time.. slow down 4-You mix of water and stripper. The water is not hot enough, use the hottest water available 5-Your floor pad is not up to the task, its covered in wax, flip it, and change it as needed. Just some basic tips, more to follow

also sometimes if the floor has not been stipped in a long time, done floors before where it was not strip for 10 years, wax upon wax. used a product called sledge hammer very strong. did the floor 2 times in order to get all the finish off, they where amazed that there floor was really white and not yelow..
