I was wondering what going rate is for cleaning the floor in a 70,000sqft retail facility. Specs: 3 days per week, sealed concrete, mostly open isles, pre sweep needed, very similar to your local home depot.
The scrubber can be recomended. I'm thinking 34" rider We are thinking $200-300 per cleaning.
Thank you.

Have you priced the autoscrubber? How many peopke in the crew? How long will it take? Just a few questions you should consider..
We do a 15000 sq ft etched & painted concrete floor 1 time per week and charge 400.00 But we have janitorial contract for the whole complex. If you are just going to do the floor I charge more.
Also the location has something to do with it.

We dont need to buy a scrubber so we were going to charge less but I don't think that's wise. Here is my new figure $21,000 ($18k scrubber $3k sweeper) divided by 156 cleanings (1 year) is $135 plus 15% is $155 plus 7 hrs labor (1 person) at a charge of $40 per hour equals a total of $435 per cleaning.
Is $40hr plus 15% EQ far to little money.
Double A , how many hours does it take to do that floor? What type of scrubber?
Thanks for your reply.
