Scrape up all that you can with scrapers first. Then apply a good degreaser. We use shopmaster or XL100 from buckeye. We then use a conventional; side to side floor scrubber with a grit brush on it. You can use a black pad but it may not do as good a job. Be sure to use a splash gaurd. Squeegie up an repeat till all is up. The oil in the concrete probably will not come out. There are some products out there to absorb oil out of concrete but they are expensive. Stonetec makes one , not sure who else may also make this type paste. Check with suppliers. Hopefully the concrete had a good sealer on it. Pressure washing may be another alternative but will still not get oil out of the concrete ,only off of it.

Hello Stonetech Kleanzall and rotary machine with brush should do the job of cleaning the concrete. If some stains are steel there you will need a poultice to get the stains out. You can learn how to make your own poultice on my web - Free Care Tips, or buy ready to use poultice in online store.
