Reward Your Customers

[Pages Personal Cleaning]

I am doing a website for someone who has a great idea to reward your regular customers.
She said she wants me to put on her website to give her regular customers a free cleaning on their anniversary date of their first cleaning.
I thought this was a real good idea.
Good business idea.

That is a neat idea.
Although i'm stearing away from residentials and doing mostly move-in/outs,and repo's.
I still will keep my regular customer's i clean residentials for on a regular basis.
I already do small things for them. Like fill their pets food dishes. water plants that need it, and bring in their newspaper's,etc....
I give x-mas presents and x-mas cards at x-mas time.
But the idea you stated is a good one as well.

But the idea you stated is a good one as well.

My goal is to eventually be geared towards move-in/move-out cleanings.

Insurance is a must though, so I have to wait.

For move-in/outs i advertise in the paper and hit the pavement going to all apt. complex's and rental properties.

Repo's i go in to ALL real estate agencies in my area and give them my company packet, and business card. I ask to be put on their list of cleaners to be notified when they have a repo that needs trashed-out and cleaned.
When they have one that needs cleaned, they call me to do a walkthrough and give estimate.

I now work with several agencies in my area.
I also clean one of the real estate offices as well on a bi-weekly basis.
they saw how well i cleaned and asked for an estimate for cleaning. So not only do i clean their repo's, i clean their office as well.
So you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone by going in their and presenting your business to them.
