I am doing a website for someone who has a great idea to reward your regular customers. She said she wants me to put on her website to give her regular customers a free cleaning on their anniversary date of their first cleaning. I thought this was a real good idea. Good business idea. Patti

That is a neat idea. Although i'm stearing away from residentials and doing mostly move-in/outs,and repo's. I still will keep my regular customer's i clean residentials for on a regular basis. I already do small things for them. Like fill their pets food dishes. water plants that need it, and bring in their newspaper's,etc.... I give x-mas presents and x-mas cards at x-mas time. But the idea you stated is a good one as well.
